Government Information
ViZion is a Federal Constitutional Republic, much like that of what America was founded as. It was founded on the basis of natural and common law, or higher law. It was based on the Classical Liberal, or Juris Naturalis, political view.

As said in the book Are You Liberal? Conservative? or Confused? by Richard Maybury in his "Uncle Eric" series of books;
Juris Naturialism:
The belief that there is a natural law that determines that results of human conduct and this law is higher than any government’s law.
Classical Liberal:
Juris Naturalist. One who believes that a country should have a small, weak government, and free markets, and that the individual is endowed by his Creator with inalienable rights for his life, liberty and property. Also, one who believes in Natural law and common law, or higher law.

Branches:
Executive - Popularly-elected President elected for a four-year term, two-term limit. Serves as head of state and government; Vice President elected in conjunction with President; Executive-appointed Cabinet.
Legislative - bicameral Congress. Popularly-elected National Congress, representing nation by province according to population, serves as upper-house; 105 members. Provincially-appointed Federative Council serves as lower-house; 14 members.

Economic System/theory
ViZion's economic system is that of Austrian Economics. This is a modern version of the economic theory Laissez-faire, literally meaning "leave us alone".

ViZion believes in as little intrusion into the economy as possible. Of course, there are a few taxes, some labor laws protection the workers, and a few various controls, such as enforce contracts and protect against violence and theft, as well as protecting the consumer from food that will cause illness due to consistently poor cooking, and keeping the businesses from being allowed to rip the customers off.

Notes:
This is a water covered moon with all surface land mass consisting of Islands ranging from 100 km in diameter to small peaks of land mass with reefs. There is primative plant life on these Islands but no animal life more advanced than insects living on these, also with the exception of Islands near the equator the majority of these Islands are covered with Glaciers for the majority of the moons year. The surface temperature rarly exceeds 10 C except at the equator where it reaches 20 C in summer.
Underwater is a different story, there is plenty of aquatic plant & animal life and underwater volcanoes keep the water temperature up and provide warm currents across the moon. Around these active volcanoes are high deposits of minerals like gold, silver, iron and cobalt among other things. Although these areas are highly unstable as the result of the constant earthquake caused by the volcanoes.

A note on the Ninja jet of yours... the picture is of an X-36 aircraft with a SCRAMjet engine. You're only going to get those velocities for an aircraft of that size at about 100,000 feet...most fighters fight at around 30,000 to 60,000 feet.

I was trying to find a pic that would somewhat resemble the looks and how small of size it is (though it's not quite THAT small... a bit bigger, but still extremely small), nothing else... just to give an idea...
